On December 19, the Virginia Air Pollution Control Board may approve or deny the air permit for the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline compressor station in Union Hill, Buckingham County.

Faith communities, water and air protectors, artists and environmental organizations will come together for the protection of Union Hill and all our children's futures to share prayer, story and song.

Participants are asked to bring the names of individuals in close proximity to the proposed compressor station or in the blast zones of either ACP or MVP for a "For Whom the Bell Tolls" ritual of prayer.

Message us here if you would like to participate. Feel free to come for any part of the vigil.

After the November 8 Public Hearing, Governor Northam fired two of the Air Board members, notably those who expressed doubt and concern about need and the Environmental Justice issue of the proposed compressor station site.

After public and media outcry on this corrupt action, the Governor stated that the two newly appointed air board members will not vote on the air permit which was rescheduled to  December 19.

Without reinstatement of the two fired board members members, Bleicher and Rubin, no vote taken can be legitimate and the decision must be delayed until the ACP has all necessary permits (it doesn't) and until legitimate court cases challenging the project have had their day in court.

There is no hurry except from Dominion. There is no need but greed.

Can we get a witness?
